Content:
  • You will get an idea about different communication styles.
  • You will see individual steps of the feedback process.
  • You will describe what is typical for you when sharing information, how you affect others, what impression you leave, what reaction it leads to and what tendencies there are hidden behind each communication style.
  • Your tendencies while giving feedback
  • You will also understand your individual misrepresentation when listening, also some specific limits and their causes and failures in communication.
  • You will discover and name your own communication development issues and learn to work with them specifically.
  • You will try different styles of approaching people both in communication and in feedback.
  • You will learn to anticipate conflicts and reduce stress this way. You will help yourself and others to solve problems in communication arising from type misrepresentations on the level of interpersonal relationships - work issues as well as family ones.
  • You will learn specific steps to improve your communication style.
