A leader knows himself and those he leads

There is no one best type or kind of leader; a leader is himself. This makes him credible in the eyes of others. In order to be this way, however, he needs healthy self-esteem. In order to be able to look at his strengths and weaknesses and to be able to work with them, he needs to know himself.
The seminar will teach leaders how to know themselves and others, and the possibilities of development through an enneagram test.

Typical coping under stress and the direction of personality development.
Working with authentic recordings of interviews with representatives of various personality types.
